Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan has been placed under a two-month pre-trial detention by a decision of Judge Masis Melkonyan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction. His lawyer, Hovhannes Khudoyan, has said the decision will be appealed. Galstanyan was arrested on June 25 in connection with a criminal case alleging plans to carry out terrorist acts
